Coffee & Pastry Pairing
April Pairing
Being so close the creation and curation of both our pastry and our coffee producers provides a wonderful opportunity to explore new flavor experiences with the thoughtful intentionality that has guided us from the beginning.
As the seasons change in the ingredients for our pastry creations as well as the different coffee origin harvests we are thrilled to provide simple but compelling pairings for you.

Rich and Unctuous, this nostalgic pastry hits all the classic notes of a campfire s’more with delightful sophistication that doesn’t have to be followed to enjoy in all its glory. The smoked white chocolate its a particularly fun touch for those slower roasted versions as the fire is going down. Some finishing sea salt pushes the richness to the limit with the graham and milk chocolate. Pure pleasure and good times.

This comforting and beloved classic for Saint Frank is a no brainer pairing for the S’more Choux. Don Guayo’s Antigua Bourbon variety is always full of sweet cocoa and milk chocolate notes. After a bite of the S’mores Choux its refreshing core of orange fruits like apricot and Navel oranges emerges brilliantly as the rich and chocolately notes meld together.
